Y tennis.
Normally I would still be in bed at this hour on a Saturday morning, just like my sister is. Haha. So the reason I woke up at 8 plus is a game of tennis with my brother. I think I managed to hold my own even though it's been years since I've played. There was the occassional bout of breathlessness, probably coz of the cough and flu I've been having the past few days but more likely due to my lack of stamina. Hehe.
Overall I'm glad I did play. My muscles will probably be aching tomorrow and I'll feel so tired due to the lack of sleep, but once again I recalled my love for the game. The thrill of hitting the tennis ball with all you've got, the swing of the racket as you prepare to hit and the follow through after, the "winning shot", the perfect placement of the tennis ball, the pespiration from running under the hot sun and nothing beats a good workout yeah, (on a more girly note) the lovely tennis skirts and dresses and pretty pink tennis balls! My brother bought the tennis balls when he was in the US and it's for a good cause so it's all good. ^^
